đź’śđź’śđź’›In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
So What is the Frequency of Gratitude exactly? Let’s discuss!
You can call it the law of gratitude or the law of frequency whatever you may wish but what is it?
Let’s start with the fact that everything is made of matter. A microscope would confirm that all matter is vibrating at its core. So what it means is everything around us is vibrating and hence the name the Law of Vibration is born. All vibrations are not the same they will be vibrating at different speeds which is known as the frequency. 

The Frequency Of Our Thoughts

Let us first understand that our bodies consist of many cells. As per Dr. Bruce Lipton, each cell has a negative charge on the outside and a positive charge on the inside. Every live cell is a battery that has around 1.4 volts. He states that there are 50 trillion cells in the body. This would mean that we have around 700 trillion volts of electricity in our bodies right now. Every cell in your body is affected by the thought that triggers the emotion and creates a vibrational frequency.

Emotions resonate with the vibrational frequency that they generate. The higher the vibrational frequency, then the higher the expansion. The lower the vibrational frequency, then the greater the contraction.

 The chart below (Photo Credit: Blissspot.com) shows the actual frequency of each emotion. The better feeling emotions have higher frequencies, like love and peace. The lower frequencies would be the not-so-good feelings such as guilt and shame.

So what does vibrating at the frequency of gratitude actually do? It is the starting point in manifestations in your life. When you have gratitude you are starting from a point of plenty and not lack. Now that you feel the emotions attached to gratitude use it to infuse it with your future goals and start attracting them to you through visualisation. And this is the Law Of Attraction at its very essence.
